Namogoo is hiring a QA Team Lead to lead our team of QA Engineers in validating the quality efforts of our cutting-edge technologies.

About You
- 2+ years of experience Managing QA Automation team and manual teams
- 3+ years of experience testing complex web applications.
- 3+ years of experience with writing Automation tests and infrastructure
- Understanding the basics of UI/UX and definition of accurate UI.
- Expert understanding of QA methodologies - Negative/Positive testing, sanity, regression etc.
- Experience creating pipelines with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test cases for complex requirements.
- Capable of deep diving into complex problems and finding their root cause.
- Familiarity with DevTools (Console, Network, Performance, Sources).
- Experience with version control systems.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- High level of English - written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Postman/Fiddler and Javascript.
- Experience with databases and SQL.

What You'll Do
- Lead the quality process - from definition based on product requirements all the way to execution by yourself and the relevant development team.
- Build the QA infrastructure in the organization, implement QA methodologies and mentor the team.
- Define the testing documentation and ensure alignment of all relevant teams on the desired quality.
- Work closely with Product, R&D teams (developers & data analysts) in order to build cutting edge products.
- Ownership of the product quality, to make sure implementation is done according to design.
