• Mentoring and managing data science team and leading all Neura data science and data analysis capabilities and efforts• Develop new and innovative behavioral models to enrich Neura’s AI capabilities by using prediction, detection, clustering, supervised and unsupervised and any other type of models and techniques.• Analyze large amounts of data and bring insights to inform our product and improve existing models.• Had hoc and lean start -up modelling and algorithmics for new product lines.• Be responsible for monitoring model performance and accuracy.• Work closely with our product team and engineers to bring your models to production.• Become familiar with our data collection process and work closely with engineers developing new data sources.• Working closely with product and business side for understanding and defining and analyzing Neura core product features and their demonstrations to customers.

• Build highly accurate and explainable prediction models
• Support scaling initiatives and development enhancements
• Methodology: Research new features and methods, enhance the team’s methodological discussions
• Engage directly with clients from pre sale to delivery & support
• Work closely with the BI team to ensure the integration of the data science solution into a comprehensive client solution

We are looking for a Machine learning/Data engineer to join our team as we productize product offering and expanding predictive analytics capabilities to new clinical areas. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and grow as well as comfortable jumping headfirst into new concepts and technologies.What will you do?As an ML/Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Science and analytics team which works on the development of cutting edge analytical and AI techniques in data-intensive addressing some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare:• Build infrastructure to empower fellow engineers and data scientists to build together best-in-class ML solutions• Create and automate data pipelines including data extraction, validation & anomaly detection, indexing, and other data-related tasks.• Quickly iterate on design approaches and POCs based on data-driven research and client feedback.• Design and develop novel algorithms and machine learning models, and push the ML solutions all the way to production.• Work closely with an engineering and product team to quickly transition from prototype to a scalable implementation.
